We are grateful to be one of the original premier providers of ethical and humane animal yoga classes! We partner with local farms, shelters, and rescue organizations around the country to provide fun, joyful yoga classes that promote human-animal connection along with mindful practice, while benefiting local organizations doing good work. Our unique program includes goat yoga, kitten yoga, puppy yoga, bunny yoga, and more. All ages of kids and adults are welcome. No experience required. 50% of proceeds are donated to the rescue/shelter/farm. This is a positive and rewarding experience for everyone involved - both two-legged and four-legged friends!

Private Prenatal Yoga Classes and Sessions

We offer private yoga sessions for expecting mamas! Water and Rock Studio’s Prenatal Yoga classes deepen the connection between mama and baby, while promoting optimal health and wellness during pregnancy. We believe that a relaxed and healthy mama encourages a relaxed and healthy baby! Whether this is your first pregnancy or your fifth, our group and private yoga sessions will help guide you on your beautiful journey through the challenges and wonders of pregnancy.

Prenatal Yoga sessions at Water and Rock Studio are accessible for all levels, from beginners to more seasoned yoga practitioners, and are provided in an intimate and relaxed environment. You will learn postures, breathing techniques, and meditation specifically tailored to help mamas through pregnancy and childbirth. In our private yoga sessions, you will enjoy personalized instruction, tailored to your current health & fitness levels. Our Private Prenatal Yoga classes and sessions are designed to support and maintain both the mama and the baby’s physical, mental, and emotional well being throughout pregnancy, while offering a safe and relaxing space to move, breathe, and connect to the baby.

Kids/Teens

For kids and teens, we offer one-on-one yoga classes and private group classes! Kids and teens have special needs developmentally, and we believe that it’s important to meet these needs while fostering their natural energy, creativity, and enthusiasm. Yoga for kids and teens includes postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness strategies and discussion, as well as yoga-related games and warm-ups to keep it accessible and fun for all! Our private yoga sessions and private group yoga classes promote:
