yoga with furry friends!

Kitten & Puppy Yoga

People everywhere are beginning to experience the fun and cuteness or practicing yoga while young animals are wandering around their mat. In addition to goat yoga, Water and Rock Studio is introducing kitten and puppy yoga!

Events are held at farms, shelters, rescues and other locations around the region, where you can look forward to the sights, smells, and sounds of animals in their natural environment, while also practicing balance, strength, focus, and breath. Kittens and puppies are available for adoption

Kitten Yoga

Water and Rock Studio has partnered with Last Chance Ranch to bring you Kitten Yoga!

While you’re in a downdog, warrior two, or child’s pose, imagine soft and furry kittens walking onto your mat, purring as they rub their head on your arms or legs. The practice of yoga is meant to bring peace, joy, and focus, while also encouraging you to become one with your surroundings. What better way to spend an afternoon than with friendly kittens wandering around?

Look forward to releasing some stress and anxiety, getting away from technology and work, and experience the joy of being able to pet and play with friendly little kittens.

Dog & Puppy Yoga

Water and Rock Studio is teaming up with Brandywine Valley SPCA to bring you dog and puppy yoga!

There’s nothing quite like the excitement and joy that comes from playing with a young puppy. And there’s nothing like the peace and focus that comes from practicing yoga! Now you can combine the benefits of both with puppy and dog yoga.

As you’re stretching out your side body, building strength in chair pose, or gaining awareness during pigeon pose, you’ll have an opportunity to pet and play with fun, friendly, and too-cute puppies. You don’t always get to laugh during a typical yoga practice, but that’s what makes these afternoons so beneficial!
