Paleo Coconut Honey Brussels Sprouts
Here is another veggie recipe that I make in the slow-cooker, but feel
free to use a different method if that works better for you!
3lbs Brussels sprouts, washed
6 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
6 Tbsp raw honey
Cooked bacon (opt)
Coconut oil to grease slow-cooker
Grease slow-cooker. Throw in Brussels sprouts. Pour coconut oil and
honey over sprouts. If using bacon, break into small pieces ad add to
sprouts. Cook on low 4-6 hours or until tender.
