Paleo Coconut Mango Chicken
Another easy and delicious slow-cooker meal!
-2lb chicken breasts
-4 mangoes, peeled and cubed
-1 yellow onion, sliced
-1 yellow pepper, sliced
-1 can full fat coconut milk
-2 Tbsp chili powder
-1 bunch cilantro, for garnish
-coconut oil
Grease slow-cooker with oil. Throw in chicken, coconut milk, mangos,
onion, pepper, and chili powder. Set on low 4-6 hours. Top with
cilantro and serve!
