Paleo Fourth of July Sorbet
Everyone loves to make red, white and blue food and desserts for the
Fourth of July, right? Well I do anyway. So this recipe involves two
different sorbets. Yep, you’ve stumbled upon a two-for-one deal.

Blueberry Lemon Sorbet
2c frozen blueberries
Juice of one lemon
Throw ingredients in food processor and process until smooth, or a
little chunky, depending on your preference. Scoop into a bowl and
place in freezer.
Raspberry Mint Sorbet
2c frozen raspberries
3Tbsp mint leaves, chopped
Throw ingredients in clean food processor and process until smooth.
Scoop one scoop of each sorbet into bowls. Top with coconut flakes
(the “white” in “red, white, and blue” :-))
